We use the information we collect to deliver and operate the service, send operational notifications, classify and route leads, provide support, maintain security, and meet legal obligations. We do not use this service data — your leads, call and message content, or customer information — for advertising. Cookies and analytics on our marketing website are described separately in the “Cookies, analytics & advertising” section below.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

We share information only with service providers who process data on our behalf to operate the service (for example, cloud hosting, database, messaging delivery, and AI processing providers), and only as needed to provide the service. Our marketing website (astrarelay.com) uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics and advertising. This applies to visitors of the marketing site and is separate from the service data described above, which we never use for advertising.

• Vercel Analytics — privacy-friendly, aggregate traffic measurement.
• Google Ads (gtag.js) — measures ad conversions and attribution for our advertising campaigns.
• Meta Pixel — measures ad performance and conversions for our Facebook and Instagram advertising, including a “Lead” event when the homepage form is submitted.

These tools may set cookies and share limited event data (such as page views and form submissions) with Google and Meta to measure and improve our advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and opt out of interest-based advertising through Google Ads Settings and your Meta ad preferences.

We use phone numbers you provide solely to send the operational notifications described in our Terms & Conditions. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for assistance.

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, then for the period required to meet legal, accounting, and security obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

We use technical and organizational safeguards — including access controls, encryption in transit, and tenant data isolation — to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may opt out of text messages at any time. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA. To exercise any of these, contact us at the address below.
